Thank you for choosing Northgate. We want every purchase to feel as considered as the timepieces themselves. The policy below outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

↩️  Returns

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging and components included.
• Customized products cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed once the return arrives back at Northgate.

📦  How to Return

• You can use Northgate’s pick-up return service (cost within UAE 100 AED & Outside UAE 300 AED), but Northgate covers shipping for the new item.
• You must include your order number and use the correct return address.
• Keep proof of postage as it is required to validate the return.

⏱️  Processing Time

• It takes up to 5 business days for the parcel to arrive back to Northgate.
• Refunds are issued within 48 hours of the return being received.

💳  Refund Method

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) within 15 days of the refund notification email.

🔄  Exchanges

• Exchanges are also accepted within 24 hours, with the same condition requirements.
• You can exchange for a product of equal, higher, or lower value — Northgate will handle the price difference accordingly.
• Shipping cost for the return is at your expense, but Northgate covers shipping for the new item.
• Exchange processing takes approximately 5 + 5 business days (return transit + new shipment).
